Your annual fee will give you access to longer doctor visits, health optimization advice, coaching, advanced diagnostics, health summaries, and more.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Optimizing your
health begins here

Virtual 15 minute meeting
This is your first entry point to joining. You will get to describe your needs from a health team and learn how the care through our Optimum program can help you. No official medical advice is provided at this appointment, and both parties can choose whether or not to commit to working together.

Two 50 minute visits to establish the base of your customized health plan
These extended-length appointments will give you more time with a doctor than you are used to. You will undergo extensive lab testing. A large amount of information will come out of this intake, and you will have the time to establish the base of a strong therapeutic relationship.

Ongoing visits with your Medify doctor and health coach
Your doctor and health coach will continually track and monitor your health throughout the year. This will include quarterly lab testing and imaging, referrals, prescriptions, and lifestyle advice guided by your health needs.
